The comfort of the room and the committment of the staff
The description to find the hotel is inaccurate and access by car is inconvenient

The staff were wery helpful and fiendly. Wery quaet and located near to the beach. Not far from Heraklion and Hersonissos. Also airport and many sightseeing. I like to stay there once more.

Lovely beach and sea life for snorkeling. The staff were very hospitable and a delight to speak with.
The area seemed to be made for families and retired people. The location was not particularly attractive or lively with few options for nighttime entertainment.

I was treated with such kindness by the manager who wasn't simply enacting this role. He was generous in providing me with information about Crete and getting around and so on that I would have found impossible to access myself. My stay was short but pleasurable. Other staff worked in very much the same spirit as the manager something which i have rarely experienced before. Most importantly for me, as a traveller who has stayed in countless hotels from below one-star to 5-star, what this hotel did give me was privacy, leaving me to my own devices.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The hotel had multiple pools, so I had plenty of options for swimming and lounging under the sun. The food here was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed the variety and quality of the meals.
For a relaxed getaway, this hotel is a great choice. Just keep in mind that it's not located in a city, so if you're looking for a vibrant nightlife, you may need to take a taxi or venture out elsewhere.

The hotel is literally across the road from a sandy beach which is exactly what we were looking for! There were also lots of sun-chairs around the pool at the hotel and in the hotel garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun when we didn't want to get sandy or pay for deckchairs at the beach! The staff were really friendly and helpful, they really made an effort to make our stay an absolute pleasure, and the hotel is simply a delight - not only spotlessly clean, but also very pretty and picturesque. In short, we really can't wait to go back and stay there again soon!

Nothing that we didn't like.

The excellent breakfast and the helpful staff.
It's a bit far off from the main shopping street (appr. 1 km), so I would not recommend it to elderly people or persons with disabilities. Also beware of the mosquitos in June and September!

Nothing at all
No quality, no service, difficult access.Good family room and acceptable breakfast.Minimum staff and too expensive for the quality of services. No water or coffee between 10 am and 5 pm because the bar was closed. And the restaurant stop serving food at 9 pm.

Nice room with a balcony and a good view; close to the beach. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the food was okay but nothing special.
The all-inclusive drinks were watered down and the juices tasted fake. the pool was small and crowded.

Just a new building and acceptable breakfast, nothing else.No quality, no service. Difficult access. You could not stay at the hotel from 10 in the morning until 5 because you have nothing to do or drink because the bar was open at 5 in the afternoon.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed, the pool was very pleasant and mainly quiet
The location - we chose the hotel as it was supposed to be close to where we were meeting friends however the location on the map on your website was totally wrong (as are a number of other hotels in this area) and as a number of others have said it was difficult to find as the directions were also totally wrong
